My base is in Palmerston North, where plenty of water is on offer within a short 20 - 90min drive. These include: Manawatu River, Rangitikei River, Mangatainoka River, and Ruamahanga River systems. Palmerston North has a wide variety of accomodation options to cater for every budget. If you would like some recommendations just let me know.

A typical day starts with pick up ( generally 8am) at your accomodation or meeting at a pre-arranged location. This allows 7-9 hours of good fishing time before drop-off (generally 6pm). Seldom will I ever turn down a good evening rise in which case the day will end a little later!

A full day includes guiding, 4WD vehicle transport pick-up from your accomodation and drop-off, wader/boot hire,
stream-side lunch, snacks and refreshments.

If you require wader and boot hire I stock a full size range of quality breathable waders and good sturdy, supportive wading boots.
