Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancelled bookings are extremely difficult to fill at short notice. My season of fly fishing is part of my living so I need to cover myself for lost days through cancellation outside my control.
I will do my absolute best to change days if that is at all possible. I recommend travel insurance as an absolute essential to cover you if this unfortunate situation presents itself.
Cancellations greater than 30 days from fishing dates will be refunded full deposit less a booking fee of $50
Cancellations within 30 days of fishing dates will incur a 50% cancellation fee to all fishing days booked.
Cancellations within two weeks of fishing dates will incur a 100% cancellation fee to all fishing days booked.
As guides we pride ourselves on having an in-depth understanding of weather patterns, and river conditions so is very rare to have virtually no water available that is fishable, unless the country is experiencing a full on weather bomb. If the rivers are considered unsafe by the guide prior to the trip, a full refund will be made if an alternative trip cannot be arranged.
We require a $300 deposit per individual fishing day booked to confirm your trip. This can be made via direct credit (internet bank transfer) or Paypal. Please add 4% if paying by Paypal.
Full payment of guide fees and any extra client costs that incur will be charged at completion of the trip.
If staying away from my base all client and guides accomodation and meals will be charged at the completion of the trip.
